i know i am really stress when i relate to everything that my lecturer went through in class on the topic 'Emotions, Stress and Human Capital on Organizations' and actually panicked with stress that i was stress about being truly stressed at work. more accurately according to the textbook i am 'burnt out'. her words of enlightenment was exactly this "if you cant change the situation, change the way you think about the situation." but ive practiced that exactly a year back.. so how? i need better words of wisdom. help (?) before i turn into Christian Bale in The Machinist.
