the tidal wave of events have finally calmed and i now have room to breathe (for the moment)! my mother and i had a short exchange of conversation shortly after i came home..

Me: Mummy, what did you have for lunch today
Mummy: Nothing. i didnt have anything the whole day. only the dinner you bought me lor..(pause).. Thank you ah..
Me: okay

but really, i was saying aiyoo mummyyyyy.. you're welcome

i failed a v.important project for school. my heart is heavy as hell
